Despite my experience and responsibilities, I was paid less simply because I was “family.” The promise dangled in front of me? “One day, this will all be yours.” And yes, I believed it—because I wanted to.
Fifteen years later, I was still “sucking the hind tit,” watching from the sidelines as my younger brother—who had once started a competing business—was handed the leadership role. That was my wake-up call.
It was time for a change. I knew there had to be a better way—a way to work smarter, not harder, and finally take control of my own future.
Discovering Digital Marketing
Like many, I started searching for online income opportunities. I didn’t want a second job—I wanted a real business that fit into my life, not the other way around. That’s when I found digital marketing.
